Surrounded by plenty of quality restaurants in the heart of Broadbeach, Rock Salt Modern Dining remains a head above the rest. This is one for the true foodies. The environment is nice and the service is friendly, but the multi-award winning chef creates dishes with local quality meat and seafood like nobody else. The array of wines on offer are a true complement to the menu. A great choice with plenty of post-dinner options in the most vibrant part of the Coast.
